[Girls only] Cara jaga kebersihan semasa datang Haid.

keyh. . aweks-aweks kat luar sana. , ni Dedeq nak sheyring pasal CARA-CARA JAGA KEBERSIHAN SEMASA DATAND HAID . yang ni ikut style Dedeq, p tak tau lah style korang camne. . kepada adik-adik yang baru datang haid , tak tau nak buat apr, Dedeq shey kat korang cara Dedeq ni, kalau tak nak ikut boleh ikut cara yang mak, atau sesapa yang berpengelaman dalam famly korang or kawan-kawan korang.

SEBELUM DATANG HAID ( kpd yang baru memasuki alam datang bulan)

Kena tau bila tarikh pertama kali korang datang haid. Tanda kat kalendar tarikh pertama kali korang datang haid. . cara ni lebih senang. . kitaran haid berlaku dari hari pertama sampai hari ke lima. . lepas tu tanda 5hari korang datang haid. . Repair phase, adalah pada hari ke-6 sampai hari ke-11. . lepas tu, tanda 6 lagi hari kat kalendar korang. . Fertile phase adalah apabila korang tengah subur, remaja perempuan tidak digalakkan untuk melakukan hubungan seks sebab besar kemungkinan korang akan berbadan dua. lebih baik elakan saja diri melakukan benda yang tak senonoh camtu. korang subur dari hari ke-12 sampai hari ke-16. . tanda lagi 5hari kat kalendar korang. yang terakhir, premenstrual phase, dari hari ke-17 sampai hari ke-28.  tanda lagi 12hari kat kalendar korang. . lepas tu, jumpa lah korang bila korang datang haid buat kali seterusnya. . tapi, tak semestinya betul, untuk persediaan awal je. . mana  tau kot-kot betul.

SEMASA HAID ( penting ! )

semasa haid, ada beberapa yang korang boleh dan tak boleh buat. perempuan memeng banyak pantang larang. .

1) Kebersihan
- a) Tuala Wanita.
>>> ni PENTING SESANGAT !! kene cuci lepas pakai. . time cuci tuala wanita kalau ada hos paip, korang tekan hujung hos tu, sebelum tu, koyakkan hujung pad korang yang tempat kapas tu, korang spar smpai bersih, putih berseri. . hehe! kalau Dedeq, lepas Dedeq cuci Dedeq akan letak aair sabun lepas tu supaya tak da bau. tapi, kalau korang tak nak, ikut yang korang suka. lepas tu, gulung pad tu, bungkus pakai plastik pad korang , then, letak dalam plastik beg. ingat ! kena tukar selalu tauu ! jangan tak cuci dan jangan buang sebarangan ! ESPECIALLY, YANG TINGGAL KAT ASRAMA. .


- b) Tangan dan jari jemari.
>>> haaaaa, ni kena cuci tauuu ! kotor tuuuu ! eeee ! hahaaa ! cuci pakai sabun , bersih-bersih. . wangi-wangi. . ingat, semasa makan, semua masok dalam mulut. . kena cuci tu. . HARUS ! jangan nak jadi perempuan pengotor ! harapkan muka je cantek. .

- c) Spender ( seluar dalam )
>>> yeeee, ni pun masok juga. . kene cuci ni. . semasa korang tukar pad, kene tukar spender juga. . jangan lupa cuci spender juga. . especially yang mengalami kebocoran semasa datang haid. . cuci pakai sabun tauu. .

- d) Pakaian
>>> okeyh ! semasa korang mandi, lepas je korang mandi, kena cuci baju tau. . lebih-lebih lagi seluar. . bauu darah tuu. . tapi, dalam kepercayaan mitos, bau darah boleh menarik perhatian benda halus. . ishh ! seramm lah nak crita. . dah lah malam ni. . tapi, memang dah banyak dah cerita kat sekolah berasrama menemui benda-benda tu kan ? so, kene lah jaga kebersihan. . cuci wangi-wangi baju tu. .

- e) Mandi
>>> korang kene mandi tau. . bau tu bukan setakat kat pakaian je. . merebak ke seluruh badan juga. . so, kene mandi wangi-wangi. . bersih-bersih. . lepas mandi, pakai pad yang bersih, baju yang bersih. . spray wangi. . kan harumm. . orang pun selesa. .


- f) KEMALUAN>>> honestly Dedeq kata, malu lah pompuan cantek tak cuci kemaluan. . huhu ! jangan terase. . time korang datang haid, korang mesti rajin-rajin cuci tu. . nanti lekat bau tu kalau tak cuci. . kan malu. . sekarang kan dah ada pencuci khusus wanita. . cam, SUMBER AYU yang Rossa jadi duta nye iklan yang pegang botol kecik tu. . tu lah yang wanita pakai cuci benda. . kalau tak pun cuci je pakai sabun. . janji bersih. . kepada yang bersuami, tak lah korang maluuu. .


2) MAKANAN & MINUMAN !
- a) Buah-buahan/sayur
>>> buah-buahan dan sayuran kene banyak makan. . ingat. . darah kite keluar, vitamin dan anti body daam badan pun semakin bekurang. . tenaga pn tak da. . so, kene makan buah-buahan untuk mengembali dan menyeimbangkan kandungan sel-sel dalam badan terutamanya darah. .

- b) Bijirin ( nasi, oat, jagung)
>>> semasa korang datang haid, tentu korang rasa cepat lapar. . so, makan lah dengan kenyang-kenyang. . makan nasi ataupun bijirin seperti oat. . jangan nak diet je kerja, sebab darah yang keluar tu pun benda yang terkandung dalam badan kita. .

- c) Air suam. >>> perlu minum lebih air suam tauu. . bila korang datang haid, air suam boleh mencairkan darah yang beku. . ini dapat mengelakan kesakitan semasa datang haid. nak tau kenapa ? sebab darah yang beku tadi boleh menghalang darah korang keluar. . sebab tu lah ada sesetengah wanita akan mengalami kitaran haid selama kurang dari 5 hari. . ada yang tak keluar-keluar. . yang tak keluar-keluar tu, kena jumpa doktor. . mesti doktor bagi nasihat macam Dedeq bagi ni. .

- d) Elakkan air yang berais dan sejuk.
>>> air yang macam ni boleh membekukan darah haid dan boleh menyebabkan kesukaran darah untuk keluar. . jadi, elakkanlah dan tahan lah nafsu anda. .

Selepas  Datang Haid.
Selepas datang haid, kene jage kebersihan juga tau. . sebab pada usia remaja kita ni, kita mengalami banyak perubahan. so, janganlah kekok dengan perubahan anda. sebab semua itu normal kepada manusia. kepada adik-adik yang ada masalah semasa datang haid, jangan malu-malu nak tnya orang yang paling tua macam Dedeq ni. ataupun yang lebih berpengalaman macam parents adik-adik. selepas datang haid, kene pakai panty liner. . mana tau ada sisa-sisa lagi. . lepas tu cuci panty liner macam korang cuci pad. . tapi, panty liner nipis je. . tak payah nak koyak kat hujung. .

Pengalaman.
Selama kita membesar memang banyak yang perlu kita tempuhi. . itu baru makna kehidupan membesar yang betul. . Jangan malu bila korang dah datang haid. Tak perlu nak kurung diri. tidak semestinya apabila korang datang haid, korang tak sempurna. . Perkara macam tu boleh merunsingkan otak korang. tapi, sebenarnya, datang haid membuktikan kita dah matang dan bersedia untuk menempuhi cabaran hidup. Jangan dengar cakap orang-orang yang lain tentang anda. Smile always. . itu yang Dedeq SUKAA SANGAT !!

Pitbull datang Malaysia ! *rugi nyerr aku tak tengok!*

Dedeq minat Pitbull ! Rugi nyerr tak dapat tengok Pitbull dengan mate kepale Dedeq sendiri !! btw, Pitbull, ure CUTE !

Walaupun hujan masih lagi turun ketika konsert bermula, namun semua itu tidak mampu menghalang kegilaan peminat penyanyi lelaki ini.
Seperti dijangka, Konsert Pitbull Live In Malaysia 2011 berjaya menarik deria peminat tegar artis lelaki yang hadir dengan imej botak itu.
Walaupun hanya berada di atas pentas tidak sampai satu jam, namun bahang aura Mr. Worlwide itu tetap dapat dirasai lebih 5,000 peminatnya yang hadir di Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Khamis lalu.
Pentas pada malam tersebut dipanaskan terlebih dahulu dengan persembahan pembukaan oleh Mizz Nina. Ia membuatkan penonton semakin tidak sabar-sabar untuk menantikan kemunculan Pitbull.
Sebaik sahaja Mizz Nina selesai menyanyikan lagu What You Waiting For, tepat pukul 10.20 malam, Pitbull muncul di atas pentas sekali gus mengundang rasa teruja peminat yang hadir.
Berpakaian sut hitam kemas dan berkaca mata gelap, ternyata aura lelaki itu membuatkan semua penonton yang hadir tidak sabar-sabar untuk menari bersama.
Memulakan persembahan dengan menyampaikan lagu Shut It Down, Pitbull kemudiannya menghangatkan lagi persembahan pada malam itu melalui lagu I Gotta Feeling (FMIF Remix) dan Hey Baby (Drop It to the Floor).
Selain itu, penyanyi kacukan Cuba-Amerika Syarikat itu juga sempat mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh peminatnya yang hadir walaupun keadaan cuaca pada malam tersebut bersulam hujan dan guruh.
Kemeriahan konsert itu kemudiannya diteruskan lagi dengan lagu Pause, Something For the DJ's, Shake/C**o, I Know You Want Me dan Come N Go.
Meskipun kebanyakan lagu yang disampaikan Pitbull mempunyai bait-bait bahasa Latin namun perkara tersebut tidak menghalang peminatnya daripada terus mengikuti rentak ‘disco-techno-beat’ yang kemas dan juga padat.
Malah, iringan beberapa pemuzik bermain saksofon, gitar bass, keyboard dan drum, menambahkan lagi kepelbagaian muzik pada malam tersebut.
Sebelum menutup tirai konsert pada malam itu, Pitbull menghiburkan peminatnya menerusi lagu Rain Over Me, On the Floor/I Like It/DJ Got Us, Fallin' In Love dan Hotel Room Service.
Lagu terakhir Give Me Everything disampaikan sebagai kenangan manis peminat-peminat Pitbull di Malaysia.
Secara jujur, konsert pada malam tersebut pastinya akan lebih bertenaga dan mantap jika beberapa artis yang berkolaborasi dalam album kelimanya, Planet Pit, dapat hadir.
Antara artis membuat penampilan khas dalam album kelimanya itu adalah Marc Anthony untuk lagu Rain Over Me, On The Floor (Jeniffer Lopez), deejay terkenal Perancis, David Guetta (Something For The DJs) dan juga Give Me Everything (Afrojack, Ne-Yo serta Nayer).
Selasa lalu, Pitbull baru sahaja mengakhiri rangka konsert jelajahnya di Jakarta, Indonesia.

huhu. . hari ni post Dedeq pendek-pendek jer keyh ? sori kalau Dedeq tak tentu nak citer sesangat hari ni. . Dedeq betol-betol tak da mood. . ada problem. . malass lah nak citer sal problem tu. . memeningkan kepala jerr. . menyemak jer. . hari ni kan, Dedeq rase rajin sangat nak selak-selak chat Dedeq dengan si DEA . . nak blast to the past lah kata kan. . hehe ! tapi, ni satu lagi masalah. . Internet Explorer asyik tersekat je kejenyerr. . tahu tak brapa jam adik selak + FB (3rd account) sambil tunggu IE tu ok ? = 3 jam Dedeq tunggu . tak berasa jam kul 12 dahh. . the, Dedeq rasa lapar. . Dedeq makan lah. . mate Dedeq pun tak nak tido. . so, Dedeq texting dengan abang Dedeq. . sambil, melukis. . nak tau apa Dedeq lukis ? jappp. . nanti Dedeq share. . hehe !

TUKANG TILIK !!

Hello everyone ! hari ni, Dedeq jadi tukang tilik. . bukan bomoh dan bukan ilmu hitam. . hehe ! ade lah Dedeq salin dan tampal dari satu `webside ni. hehe ! Dedeq bukan pandai nak selak-selak nasib orang nih. . sebab tak ada knowledge kat bab-bab camni. . Dedeq nak gitau sesuatu nih. . bende tilik-tilik nasib melalui star gazers, tarikh lahir or ape-ape je , jangan nak di percaya sangat sampai lupa jalan agama. . Dosa besar. . ni pun, Dedeq share. . bukan bermaksud Dedeq percaye k. . hehe ! =)

Cuba perhatikan setiap garisan pada tapak tangan korang Dan bandingkan dengan garisan yang dinomborkan seperti di atas… Setiap garisan mempunyai maksud yang tertentu. Tapi jangan la panik, bukan semua garis yang dinyatakan itu terdapat pada tapak tangan korang.. And of course la bentuknya juga berbeza-beza.. Ada yang kurang jelas, putus-putus Dan sebagainya. So selamat ‘menilik’.. Jangan tersalah tilik, sudah la!

1. Garis Kehidupan
Garis bertanda nombor 1 ini adalah berkaitan dengan kehidupan kamu. Semakin IA panjang Dan terang garisnya, semakin baik maksudnya. Dikatakan seseorang itu akan panjang jangka hayatnya jika mempunyai garis yang sedemikian lebih-lebih lagi jika garisnya mencecah hingga ke penghujung.

Dedeq tido kul 1.30 malam tadi. 3jam lebih je Dedeq tido. . huhu ! kesiannn. . korang kesian tak kat Dedeq nih ? sampai haty korangg. . hehe ! tak de lah. . gurau jee. . sebelum tido awal-awal pagi buta tadi pun Dedeq mengelamun. . ntah melayang g mane pemikiran Dedeq nih. . mestilah teringat kat Si DEA yang koling-koling ngan Dedeq malam tadi. . dari kul 11.53. . 2jam 15min hang on the phone(OTP). .  betape sayanngg nyeee Dedeq kat dea. . alaahhaaiii.. . pagi-pagi dah jiwang. . teringat kat ape dea kate malam tadi. . awal-awal dea dah minta maaf kalau tak dapat celebrate birthday Dedeq sama-sama. . Dedeq pun tak dapat nak celebrate birthday dea dengan dea. . Dea kan practical. . huhuu ! yang paling terharu menusuk kalbu dijiwa Dedeq, dea kata kalau dea dah abis practical, dea bagi Dedeq present. . dea kata surprise present. . agak nye ape erkk ?  sayaanngg. . ni Dedeq nak g tau sayangg sesuatu, Dedeq tak kesah nilai harga present yang sayang beli tu. . bagi Dedeq, sayangg adalah present yang tak ternilai harganya yang telah diberikan oleh Tuhan. Dah cukup besyukur dah Dedeq ditemukan dengan kamu sayang. . keyh. . pagi ni Dedeq nak bagi beberapa petua yang menarik yang dilakukan pagi-pagi . . kalau korang korang nak cube, cube larh. . kalau tak nak, ikut sukat U. .  yang nak cube tu, tyme korang rajin-rajin lah. . tapi, lebih bagus kalau diamalkan selalu. . kan ada juga hasil yang positif dengan pantas.

 

1) MENGHILANGKAN LEBAM BAWAH MATA

Sebelum mandi pagi, lapkan mata anda dengan air sejuk dari peti sejuk..cuba lah.. ianya juga baik untuk menyegarkan mata.

2) MELICINKAN WAJAH

Ambil buah tomato makan @sapu pada muka pada waktu pagi dan malam. Muka akan menjadi licin dan halus. selamat mencuba.

) NAIK SERI WAJAH

Ambil sedikit air dan selawat(untuk yang beragama Islam)*yang bukan Islam macam Dedeq, baca je ape yang patut* sebanyak tiga kali dan sapukan pada wajah lakukan pada tiap-tiap pagi. gerenti wajah akan kelihatan berseri-seri.

 

4) OTAK JADI BIJAK

masukkan sedikit garam dalam 1 gelas air dan minum pada setiap pagi.

semestinya mujarab.

5) MENYERIKAN WAJAH

Ambil,embun pagi dihujung rumput/daun ( dikawasan yang tiada pencemaran ) dan sapukan ditapak tangan.Kemudian sapukan di bahagian muka sambil berselawat dan biarkan hingga kering. Kemudian basuh muka anda. Amalkan selalu.

 

6) PETUA AWET MUDA

Bangun pagi dari tidur…minum air masak @ air kosong 3 gelas sebelum basuh muka @ gosok gigi. Selepas itu barulah bersiap untuk mandi. Amalkan selalu setiap pagi selepas bangun daripada tidur. Senang dan mudah. Cuba dan lihatlah kesannya .

NOW EVERYONE CAN SPEND !

waaahhh ! kan dah ade dah ad pasal  CHRISTMAS SALE ! kang ni korang dah boleh spending menyepending. . tapi ingat, spending, spending gak pi jimat-cermat perlu diutamakan. . nti pokai untuk belanje sekolah anak-anak korang tahun depan. . anak yang masih kecik pun merengek minta susu ANMUM. . Ok, Dedeq ada nasihat nih. . samade korang nak ikut tau tidak, tu hal korang. . kalau dah berlaku jangan nak keluarkan tangisan penyesalan pulak. . Pertama, time shopping, anak-anak korang kene jage. .especially, anak korang yang baru dapat bejalan. .mreke ni cam biskut, skejap ada skejap takda. . maklumlah, baru tauk bejalan. . Shopping mall or shopping complex ni tempat yang sesak. . ramai orang. . kite tak tahu mreke jahat ke tak. . ada niat jahat ke tak. . kalau korang tak jaga anak korang, mane tau kot-kot jadi mangsa colek. . dunia ni dunia moden. . orang pelbagai jenis ada. . dah macam rainbow. . jangan tau nak tengok price tag je, anak tak tau nak tengok. kalau anak korang hilang tanpa sedar korang, kalau dah bebunyi annoucement LOST AND FOUND kate ade budak hilang. . lebih baek korang cari anak korang dengan segera. . manatau kot-kot tu anak korang, kalau tu anak korang, lega memang lega tapi kene tanggung malu. . sebab dikategorikan ibu bapa yang tak pandai jaga anak. kalau tu bukan anak korang, buat lah polis repot kata anak korang kene colek. . Selain tu,suami korang pun kene jage. . mana tau, bukan nak tengok barang tapi awek cun yang lalu lalang . . haha ! tak de lah. . gurau jerr. . Yang kedua, korang pun tau kan ? kes ragut dah melambak. dompet dan handbag kena jage gak. . peragut ada dimana-mana. . time lepas ambik duit korang dari ATM tu. , jangan nak show-show berapa nilai duit korang depan public. . lebih bagus, keluar je duit tu dari mulut ATM, ambik, terus simpan dalam dompet atau handbag. Para wanita pula, handbag kene  kepit kuat-kuat tak kesah lah bau ketiak korang melekat kat handbag ke tak. . tapi, bagus juga kalau ade bau ketiak, pengsan juga si pergut tu . . haha ! jangan terase. . time bejalan, handbag kene kepit kat tangan sebelah yang. . cam na nak cakap. . errmm. . cam ni jelah. . tangan sebelah kat tepi-tepi jalan. . kalau kat tangan yang sama arus dengan kenderaan yang lalu , senang lerr kene ragut oleh peragut yang guna motosikal, kerete or ape je. . emas jangan sesekali pakai, kang kena kerat baru tauk. nyawa pun boleh melayang. hehe ! bukan ape Dedeq bagi nasihat.
